French Fighter Jet Completes First Landing on Indian Aircraft Carrier
A French-made fighter jet has successfully completed its first landing on an Indian aircraft carrier. This marks the beginning of the integration process for the newly acquired aircraft. India previously agreed to purchase 26 of these fighter jets from France for a total cost of $7.4 billion. Officials anticipate that the new aircraft will officially begin carrier-borne operations within approximately 24 months following this initial integration phase.
