Singapore Airlines Features Chef Sanjeev Kapoor in Major Multi-Billion Upgrade
Singapore Airlines has included Indian master chef Sanjeev Kapoor among six global culinary experts contributing to a SGD 2 billion network-wide enhancement. Kapoor's signature 'Shahi Thali' and 'Ruchi Thali' will be served in first and business classes as part of more than 100 newly introduced and refreshed dishes. According to Yeoh Phee Teik, the airline's senior vice president for customer experience, in-flight dining encompasses a broader experience than just the meal. The updated menu items span all cabin categories under the Chief Selections initiative.
